Hello! I am Frank Pritchett owner and operator of Pritchett Tile Works, formerly TileWorks, Inc. in Chattanooga on Hixon Pike. When I started TileWorks, Inc. it was the first full service (sales and installation) ceramic tile business in the Chattanooga area.

We built a reputation of providing superior service and ceramic tile installation that exceeded industry standards. Because of our unbeatable reputation we were sought out by many of Chattanooga's most reputable and prestigious home builders to supply them with the ceramic tile and installation for their new homes. I no longer sell ceramic tile, but I still provide professional ceramic tile installation.

I do all the work myself, so you can be assured that your tile will be installed right and will provide you with years of worry-free service.

Many tile installers cut corners on materials and installation in order to turn in the lowest bid. Within just a couple of years their work will start to fail - the grout will pop out and tiles will come loose. When this happens the homeowner will probably discover that the installer is either no longer in business or will not honor any warranty he may have gave.

I have received many calls over the years from homeowners asking me if I can repair the work that someone else had done. Depending on how bad the install has failed I may be able to perform a simple repair but most times it involves a complete redo.

There is a risk in hiring someone that hasn't been in business very long or whose price is much lower than an experienced installer's price.

I take great pride in my work. I only use the highest quality materials available and the highest installation standards in the industry. I do not rush to finish one job just to get to another. I take my time and give each job the attention it demands.
